Tips for shredded abs
 
 
I am going to go out on a limb here and hypothesise that the attribute you most desire from your fitness regimen is a shredded six-pack of abdominals. What, do you think me clairvoyant? Guess again. In fact, get in line, because the ultra defined midsection you crave is also coveted by every other guy at the gym!



Now that the givens are out of the way, there is the more frequently asked question about how to achieve this vaunted condition. Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the answer isn't in what you do in the gym...at least, not in the abdominal training area. In truth, the six-pack you seek is accessible only through high-intensity cardiovascular exercise and weight training. Surprised? Probably not, although I'm sure you hoped I'd say those 10,000 crunches you've done have something to do with achieving a shredded stomach.

But the aforementioned statement about cardio and iron isn't entirely true, either. The reality of the situation is that what goes in your mouth has dramatic effect on what hands from your gut. Burning the fat is less about twisting crunches and more about pushing yourself away from the able. If you consciously cut down on your daily calorie intake, you'll soon start seeing more definition emerge.
